When someone has to say "Just to show I'm not biased," that is a clear sign of actual bias and an attempt at cover-up. If he really wasn't biased against us, he'd let us mine the coal in our state without trying to make new law through regulation.
Have any other ideas, Clear Eyes, given the recent disaster?
