The Public Service Commission has approved Allegheny Energy's plan to build a $1.3 billion, high voltage power line across north central West Virginia.
The Associated Press and MetroNews among those with coverage of the PSC decision. The Charleston Gazette reports that "the state Sierra Club vowed to appeal the PSC decision to the state Supreme Court."
