The next governor will be elected this November and, even if that doesn't count becaose it's a re-election, the next governor would then be elected in 2012. Those girls better get ready. Or was Joe just pandering?

You cannot be serious.
He doesn't need to pander. He's the best thing that's ever happened to West Virginia since it seceded from Virginia.
At least that's what most of those voting in November think. And that's what counts.
Manchin knows a place where they could just skip college and still get a degree. That would speed things up.
I didn't know he was related to any of them.
The comment makes me think of that rumored non-aggression pact...
And I fully believe that an 18-year-old girl could do better for WV than Joe Manchin. Oh, if only it could be so...
